All Home Buddies sitters meet our strict qualifications, so you know your sitter is someone you can trust in your home and with your children.

- Pass extensive backround checks for criminal felony and driving history
- Must provide verifiable references, both personal and business
- Previous experience in child care
- Minimum age of twenty-one years old
- Must have their own transportation with valid drivers license and proper insurance
- Must complete a thorough application and interview with our staff

- Home Buddies Membership: $75 Yearly Fee, Your Home Buddies yearly membership entitles you to use our on-call sitter services and on-call personal services.
- Sitter Minimum: 4 hour minimum is required.
- Weekly Service: Up to two sitter services weekly are permitted. For special circumstances, additional sitter service during a single week will be allowed on an occasional basis. For example, if you need a sitter for a child who is ill for several days, or daily during school spring or fall break, Home Buddies can provide a sitter.
- Availability: Please make a sitter reservation one week in advance. Sitter requests made less than one week in advance are accepted but are not guaranteed. Sitter availability may be limited for holidays and special events, so please reserve a sitter as far in advance as possible.
The Home Buddies on call sitter service is designed for parents who need dependable child care on an occasional basis. If you need regular, ongoing child care, our nanny placement service will match a nanny to your family's needs. And, with a full-time nanny placement, you'll receive a FREE one-year Home Buddies Membership to take advantage of our on-call sitter service as well!
